PROSPECTOR is a technology intelligence tool provided by Septimo Labs. It is intended to analyse lawfully accessible information about organisations, products, technologies, public APIs, open-source projects and market capabilities for research, comparison and independent product development.
You must not use PROSPECTOR to obtain restricted information, evade access controls, attack credentials, exploit systems, impersonate authorised users, infringe intellectual-property rights, or conduct security testing against systems without permission.
Research outputs are analytical recommendations, not guarantees of fact, legal advice, licensing advice or engineering assurance. Verify important claims and applicable third-party licence or service terms before acting.
Third-party names, marks, code, documents and content remain the property of their respective owners. PROSPECTOR does not grant rights to third-party proprietary material.
Privacy Statement — Alpha
This alpha minimises stored personal information. Authentication is handled server-side, provider keys remain server-side, and Product DNA and Growth DNA are stored locally in your browser unless a later server storage option is deliberately enabled.
Research queries may be sent to configured AI/search providers to perform the requested analysis. Do not enter secrets, credentials, sensitive personal information or non-public proprietary material unless your deployment and provider agreements explicitly support that use.
Operational logs may record timestamps, request status and security events. Production/commercial releases should add defined retention, access/correction, deletion and processor disclosures.

Discover a meaningful field of companies, products, APIs, open-source projects, papers and technologies. Forensic mode ranks the field and preserves evidence as each research role returns.
Evidence — prove the important claims
Important claims carry a proof state: PROVEN, OBSERVED, CLAIMED, INFERRED or UNKNOWN. Source IDs, evidence snippets, dates, contradictions and unresolved questions remain visible where available.
Analyse — understand capability anatomy
Break important capabilities into constituent technical pieces, distinguish proven technology from inferred architecture, and assess production maturity separately from marketing polish.
Compare — map the technical edge
Select the strongest candidates for deeper comparison. The Battlefield shows where the owner is BEHIND, EQUAL, AHEAD or has a LEAPFROG opportunity, backed by evidence states.
Decide — choose the engineering move
Turn findings into BUILD, BUY, INTEGRATE, PARTNER, WATCH or IGNORE decisions grouped into DO NOW, DO NEXT, WATCH and DON’T BUILD, with impact, difficulty, dependencies and evidence strength.
Track — remember what changed
Save dossiers and watched targets so Prospector can re-check them against the prior baseline. Opportunities move through High Priority, Watch, Building, Testing, Done or Rejected without losing the evidence that triggered them.

Gold-standard test: ArchSynth / KK
The guided test selects the Architecture / Construction intelligence pack and loads an ArchSynth-vs-KK investigation. It never invents KK capabilities: save KK Product DNA first, then require proof, capability anatomy, technology underneath, production reality, MATCH/BEAT decisions and the Vaya y Construya Eso readiness assessment.
